Rebuilding Chapel at Camp Ta-Kum-Ta
Camp Holy Cross' Chapel moves to South Hero
In January 2012, Camp Ta-Kum-Ta learned that the former Camp Holy Cross was recently purchased by a local community member. This very generous land owner has given Camp Ta-Kum-Ta permission to dismantle the chapel and move it to our new facility in South Hero. Camp Ta-Kum-Ta’s Staff, Board of Directors, Volunteers and Campers were ecstatic to hear the news, as this opportunity will allow us to move a very sentimental piece of Camp Ta-Kum-Ta’s history to our new facility.
